The automated impregnation production line is primarily used for the gluing of base paper for decorative and fireproof panels. It can continuously and accurately process wear-resistant paper, decorative paper, kraft paper, and balance paper, completing the steps of impregnation, gluing, drying, and shearing. The raw materials include impregnated base paper and resins such as melamine-formaldehyde (MF), urea-formaldehyde (UF), and phenol-formaldehyde (PF). The final products are base papers for LPL, HPL, and CPL.
It consists of multiple equipment such as unwinder, impregnation machine, dryer, coating machine, deviation adjuster, traction machine, shearing machine, stacking device, etc. The main features are good impregnation quality, high efficiency, precise control and high degree of automation.
