Q3:Can you provide samples?
A: Yes. We are happy to offer the samples. Samples could be free or charged according to specific cases. Customers need to pay the freight chargers for the samples.
Q4: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on the order quantity and order time.
Q5: What about your quality control system?
A: We have a good QC team to check each production step carefully (from raw material to final products), and we can show you samples before delivery.
Q6:What about your after sell service?
A: All production is completed using a strict quality control system.
In the event a product is found to be defective, we will replace the product or provide a refund of the purchase price.
Q7: Where is your factory? How can I visit there ?
We have two factories which are located in Shandong and Jiangsu province. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us! You can chose to go there directly or guide by us.
