4.Characteristics
1.Inconel718 precipitation sclerosis type of molybdenum alloy containing niobium, nichrome,
has high strength at 700 ºC, good toughness and good corrosion resistance in high and low temperature
environment.Delivery status can be a solid solution treatment or precipitation hardening state.
2.Easy processing; high tensile strength, fatigue strength, creep strength and rupture strength at 700 ºC;
the oxidation resistance at 1000 ºC ;stable chemical properties at low temperature ;the characteristics of
good welding performance.
3.No matter in the high temperature or low temperature environment, 718 alloy has excellent resistance to
stress corrosion cracking and pitting.718 alloy has particularly outstanding oxidation resistance at high temperature.
5.Structure
Austenite structure,the phase γ generated after precipitation hardening makes it have excellent mechanical properties.
In the process of heat treatment,the phaseδ generated on grain boundary facies make it have the best plasticity.
6.Applications
