6,Features of composite decks :
1, Opened type floor decking sheets can meet the requirements of rapid construction of the main steel structure, and can provide a firm working platform in a short time. The pressure type steel plate can be laid on the multi-layer floor, and the concrete slab can be poured by layering;2,In the using stage, the floor is used as the tensile rib of the concrete floor, which also increases the rigidity of the floor and saves the amount of steel and concrete;
3,The decking sheets pressing mode maximizes the bonding force between the bottom plate and the concrete, and makes the two form a whole, reinforcing ribs, so that the bearing plate system has a high bearing capacity;
4,Under cantilever conditions, the floor is only used as a permanent template. The length of the cantilever can be determined according to the cross-sectional characteristics of the floor. In order to prevent the cantilever plate from cracking, the negative reinforcement should be installed at the support point according to the design of the structural engineer.

9,Installation notes:
1.Before installation,ask for floor decking sheet to be completed and delivered in order,according to project plan.All the bondeck sheets need to be transported in batches to the site,and arranged in order,suspended at the bottom and placed on the main beam. Blocks are laid and used manually from near to far to ensure continuous straight and overlapping engagement.2,After quality inspection, when the main beam of this layer is installed correctly, it can be hoisted into the floor.The command is to hang the corrugated steel deck to the designated location,and lay the decking sheets,and install the outer sealing plate,finally weld the floor decking.
3. Before laying concrete metal decking ,the dirt on the top of the secondary beam must be cleaned to prevent moisture or water accumulation to ensure the quality of the stud welding in the next process.
4. When laying the floor slab, it should start from the starting line of the construction drawing and move along the installation position of the board to ensure the horizontal and vertical slabs after laying.
5,Please use the female ribs as the starting edge,and layout according to the layout diagram.The floor decking sheets is used from one end to the other, and the last piece is used as an adjustment plate because the width of the beam is different, but the sides need to be welded flat on the beam. If there is a difference value, the width of the circle is adjusted.
