The open cell ceiling series have well air flow, commonly used in garage, supermarket and transport station. It's ideal for applications with high human traffic flow.
Fixing method
There are 2 ways to install open cell ceiling.
First, open cell ceiling lay onto a suspension T-grid.
After setting upper hanging system, we fix T-grid under the 38# main carrier, connecting with suspension bracket.
And then adjust nuts on the bolt to level the main carrier.
Combining 600mm length main blade and cross blade to make a 600x600mm tile. Put tiles on the T-grid.
Second, it can be installed continuously.
After setting upper hanging system, then adjust nuts on the bolt to level the main carrier.
Integrating main blade and cross blade in different length.
Fix open cell ceiling to the 38# main carrier with suspension bracket.
