Saiptech Metal Corrugate Sheet Structured Packing
It's the core in our business as we design and manufacture of these packing from column OD range from 0.3 m to 12 .5 m, annual production over 2500 m3, from Stainless steel to Ti, Monel with many other alloys.
The structured packing series developed by Saiptech, prossess specific structure on surface, which results in higher separation efficiency and better operation performance compared with conventional structured packings. Saiptech structured packing series enjoy the following advantages:
- Excellent surface wetting ability, larger mass transfer area, and higher separation efficiency, owing to the special surface structure;
- High compressive strength;
- Available specific surface area between 64m2/m3 and 700m2/m3;
- Little magnifying effect;
- More fields/conditions to be applicable.
