Machine Structure
The machine body adopts the structure with 3 beams and 8 columns. The beam is welded by using the high-quality steel, and is made with aging treatment after welding to eliminate the welding stress and distortion. The cylinder body is no. 35 iron forged, the plunger of cylinder is chilled cast iron, its surface hardness is above HRC45. The material of 8 columns is no. 45 steel, which has been tempered to HBS225-255, its surface hardness is above HRC45 after hard chrome plating. The guide bushing is magnesium iron of QT450-10.
Hydraulic System
The whole system adopts cartridge valve with feature of structure simple, action reliable and without leakage. It can satisfy with the mass flow with feature of good heat dissipation performance, and reduce the reactive power loss at maximum degree.
