| 4. Prototype & Mould | We make the prototypes or molds according to the drawings confirmed by both of us and the customers! The lead time depends on the structure and qty of parts, Normally, the lead time for prototypes is 3-15 days; the lead time for mold is 10-25 days; |
| 5. Production | We will provide samples according to the drawings to customers for approval. Q1: How long can I get the sample?
A:3-5days.Bulk latch for about 15-30 days. Depending on your specific items, We can expedite for you.
Q2:How to control product quality?
First full-size inspection-Mass production-Check process (3 hours sampling)-100% Shipping random checks. We have a professional QC team, control the quality during mass production, and inspect the complete goods before shipping.
Q3: How to enjoy the OEM services?
A: Usually, based on your design drawings or original samples, we give some technical proposals and a quotation to you, after your agreement, we produce for you. Or we can make measurements based on your samples to make drawings for machining parts.
Q4: OEM/ODM, or customer's logo printed is available?
A: YES, OEM/ODM, the customer's logo is welcomed.
Q5: What's your payment terms?
A: Regularly doing 30%-50% deposit and 50%-70% balance by T/T, Western Union, Paypal, other payment terms also can be discussed based on our cooperation.
Q6: If we don't have a shipping forwarder in China, would you do this for us?
A: We can offer you the best shipping line to ensure you can get the goods timely at the best price.
Q7: I never come to China before, can you be my guide in China?
