Our Custom Radiator Panels are made from either 6063 powder-coated aluminum or powder-coated pre-galvanized steel. Panels can be manufactured to size using a wide variety of face welded angles, box section and extrusions or to your specification and custom design. All of our Radiator Panels are coated using the Akzo Nobel Powder Coating Range.
The versatile Slat Screening System can be adapted to suit a large range of applications, limited only by your imagination.

A: Yes, our professional technology department can design with our advanced software. Just send us your requirement in word or oral, and we can do all the other work for you.
2. Q: We have the problem of spear crack from other suppliers when forming the spears, do you have the same problem?
A: No, all spears are press formed before aging, so no crack at the side of the spear.
3. Q: What about the sample time and charge?
A: (1) 6-8 days if you want to customize your products. Free sample.
(2) 3-5 days if the material is available.
4. Q: What about the delivery time of our products?
A: For standard fence panels, it needs 3-5 days to finish a full 40'HQ container. We have enough welders, so do not worry about a shortage of welders.
5. Q: What is your MOQ for the trial order?
A: Normally, it needs a full container shipment for protecting the fence panel during transportation. But we can talk about it.
