3. Do you have quantity limited ?
- No , but the less you order , the more cost per units .
4. What's the leading time ?
- usual 25 working days , our schedule for checking : mould making 7-14 days , extruding 7- 14 days , other processing : 7- 14
days . we will send pictures of every step to you for checking
5. What's the warranty ?
- aluminium extrusion is lifelong warranty , powder coating is 5 years and 10 years warranty
6. Samples are free ?
- yes , aluminum extrusion sample is free ,finished products - hand sample is free .d pictures of every step to you for checking

Q2. Do you accept small MOQ as trial order?
A: Yes, we can accept MOQ around 0.5-1 ton for trial order
Q3. I don't have drawing, can you design according to my samples?
A: Yes, we can offer design service for you. Produce according to drawings or samples available
Q4. How do you guarantee your quanlity?
A: We have strictly QC system. We need to check the quality during extruding, during doing surface, and during packing. We do 100% quality checking during each production process before shipment
Q5. Lead time for new molds &mass production?
A: 7-10 days to build the new moulds. Mass production takes 20-30 days
Q6. What certification do you have?
A: We are certificated by ISO 9001:2008, factory is reliable and quality is guaranteed.
Q7: Payment terms?
A: Telegraphic Transfer T/T and Letter of Credit. Usually 30% as deposit paid before production. 70% balance against BL copy or before shipment
Q8: Can you send me samples?
A: Yes, sample is free, but delivery cost is on your side.
