VP-430 vibratory polisher
VP-430 vibration polishing machine can minimize the wearing of sample, eliminate surface stress, bring excellent flatness with less stress deformation. It is an ideal preparation equipment for EBSD (backscattered electron diffraction), AFM (atomic force microscope) & SEM (scanning electron microscopy) analysis and Nano indentation or micro-hardness testing. The equipment is particularly suitable for surface polishing on soft and ductile materials such as Titanium, Aluminium, pure Copper and Copper alloys, Aluminium alloys, steel and Nickel-based alloys.
