Ingredients
Benzoyl metronidazole.
Character
After shaking it is a white milky suspension.
Indications
This product can be used for: 1. Urogenital trichomoniasis, such as vaginal trichomoniasis; 2. Intestinal and intestinal amoebiasis, such as amoebiasis and amoebic liver abscess; 3. Jia dripping Insect disease; 4. All kinds of infections caused by sensitive anaerobic bacteria, such as bacteremia, sepsis, and infection after abdominal surgery; 5. Prevention of gynecological and surgical infections caused by anaerobic bacteria.
Dosage
Oral, add appropriate amount of warm water each time, and mix well before taking it. The dosages of adults and children over the age of 12 are as follows:
Treatment of sensitive anaerobic infections: 3 times a day, 0.64g (measured with phentol metronidazole), for 7 days.
As a preventive drug: starting at 24 hours before surgery, a dose of 0.64g (measured with benzoyl metronidazole), and even served 7 days.
Amoebiasis: 1) Intestinal amoebiasis: 3 times a day, each time 1.28g (measured with benzoyl metronidazole), and even served 5 days. 2) Chronic amoebic hepatitis: 3 times a day, 0.64g (measured with phenacyl metronidazole), for 5-10 days. 3) Entamoeba hepatic abscess and other forms of intestinal amoebiasis: 3 times a day, each time 0.64g (measured with benzoyl metronidazole), and even served 5 days.
Trichomoniasis of the urogenital system: 0.32g (measured in the form of metronidazole) 3 times a day for 7 days; or 3.2g (measured with phenacridone) in a single dose clothes.
Giacin disease: Once a day, 3.2g (measured with phenacyl metronidazole), even for 7 days.
Adverse reactions
Occasional mouth odor, tongue and gastrointestinal discomfort, sleepiness dizziness, headache, movement disorders, rashes, pruritus, sports ataxia, and black urine (caused by metabolism) have been reported but are extremely rare. A few cases of peripheral nervous system have been reported during high dose or long-term treatment.
Contraindications
1, disabled for allergies to this product. 2, pregnant and lactating women disabled. 3. People with active central nervous disorders and hematological disorders are prohibited.
Precautions
The patient should abstain from drinking while on medication. 2. After taking this product,
urine may appear dark. 3. After hydrolyzed by benzoyl metronidazole, the absorption of metronidazole is slower and lower than the peak achieved after taking metronidazole. Therefore, for the initial treatment of acute cases, benzoylnidazole should be used with caution. 4, liver, renal insufficiency should reduce the dose or compliance.
