The Aurora 800 is a full wavelength (190~850mm) ultra-micro spectrophotometer that does not require a computer. The Aurora 800 provides fast and accurate detection of nucleic acids, proteins, and cellular solutions, and is equipped with a cuvette mode forthe detection of bacteria and other cultures down to 0.5 ng/μl (dsDNA).
