The porous ceramic are made of the orthopedic (quartz sand, diatomaceous earth, alumina, silicon carbide, etc.) blended amount of binder, pore forming agent, resist rare earth, after high temperature sintering to different sizes and shapes (tube, plate, frit, disc shape).
It can filter the suspended impurities, colloidal particles, bacteria, and other organic molecules of the raw water when the fluid pass the tiny channels.The fluid produce a variety of physical effects in the outer surface of the pore channels, have the effects with mechanical sieving, purification or diffusion, the adsorption interception ect.
The 0.2- 100 micron pore size ceramic water filter cartridge can effectively remove microorganisms such as sediment, rust iron, some bacteria and parasites in the water.
The filter element is washable and reusable. When the surface is dirty, it can be washed frequently with a brush,
sanded and polished, and can be reused.
