Description
Our newly-developed microwave dental sinter furnace TM-DS1500 features more stable sintering effects for kinds of zirconia teeth, crown and bridge. Based on years of manufacturing experience of microwave equipments and involving in dental materials sintering test, we had finally developed the small but stable microwave dental furnace for our customers. It reduces sintering period, improves sintering speed and sinters uniformly with small grain and high density. It's non-deforming and indehiscent.
Features:All kinds of original dedicated crucibles to be chosen, heat insulating structure modularization, have no pollution to material.It can process materials of different microwave degree of coupling and has high generality.It has corrosion-resistant exhaust passage that can discharge exhaust gas in the heating process.Stepless high stable long-life continuous wave and industrial microwave source could ensure continuous stable long-time working. High-precision thermocouple thermo-detector could measure sample temperature.Safe and reliable microwave shielding cavity design multiply protects from leakage.Preinstall sintering curve, sintering process could be done in one-touch operation.Application field:
