Hydro Cyclone
Working Principle:
Hydraulic Cyclone separates materials by centrifugal separation. When feeding materials at a certain pressure, they will strongly rotary inside the hydraulic cyclone. As different materials have different particle sizes, they will be affected by different centrifugal force and fluid drag force. Small particle size will be discharged through overflow pipe, and so the big particle size will be discharged through underflow pipe.

Material Quality:
Wear-resisting high aluminium ceramic: thermostability, anticorrosion, wearability, high hardness.
Polyurethane: anticorrosion, wearability, high hardness, anti-aging, large hardness range and resilience range, easy to machining,
sound proofing, damping and little pollution.
Wear resistant composite material: excellent thermostability-it can work between 30-120.C, excellent acidproof, alkaliproof and oil resistant corrosion-all density of hydrochloric acid, density of nitric acid less than 5%, density of chloridion above 100000ppm.
NM material: high strength, high hardness, high wearability, anticorrosion and etc.
Application Field:
Hydrocyclones are used for grading, desliming and concentration. For pulverized coal and dense metal minerals, it can sometimes be used for sorting. When referring to heavy media, the cyclone can be used for pre-selection or rough selection of ore.
