This series of pulverizers grind materials through high-frequency vibration and impact. The power adopts a soft connection method in which the motor does not participate in vibration, which ensures that the motor will not be damaged and greatly extends the service life of the machine.
* The product has no special requirements for installation, put it in a dry place; when working, fix the four ground leveling screws at the bottom of the machine to make the machine stable.
* Before the test machine, check whether the pressure claw is pressing the bowl, and whether the positioning pin fixes the elastic handle to prevent the bowl from loosening and damaging the parts. The clamping claw of the material bowl is tight in the clockwise direction and loose in the counterclockwise direction.
* If there is a fault that the material bowl is loose and dust overflows, you can rotate the pressure regulating wire sleeve to increase the pressure to eliminate it.During operation, wait for the crusher to completely stop before proceeding to open the lid to take and place the test material bowl.
* If the sample has a high moisture content, it should be dried in advance to avoid sticking to the bowl and affecting the fineness of crushing. Generally, the drier the material, the better the crushing effect.
* If you need to crush a sample finer than 200 mesh, you can add solvents such as alcohol to the sample for mixed crushing or extend the crushing time.
* The material sample should be placed in the strike ring and the material box as far as possible to avoid jamming the strike block and affecting the crushing effect.
