Whirlwind-type dust collector
The whirlwind-type dust collector is a kind of collector which combines low efficiency dust removal with high efficiency dust removal. Low efficiency dust remover include dust collector and spray scrubber, the dust removal efficiency of particles above 10 μ M can reach 90% - 95%. However, the efficiency of high-efficiency dust remover (multi tube impact type dust remover) for dust with particle size > 0.2 μ m is over 99.5%. It is mainly used in the unorganized discharge place of material transportation (coal powder, mineral powder, grain processing, etc.).
Main features:
1) Because of the mass transfer and heat transfer in the contact process of gas and liquid, this kind of dust collector not only has the function of dust removal, but also has the function of flue gas cooling and absorbing harmful gas;
2) It is suitable for handling high temperature, inflammable, explosive and harmful gases;
3) It can be used for gas treatment of solid, liquid and gas mixed particles with high efficiency of dust removal. It can effectively remove the liquid or solid particles with a diameter of > 0.2 μ m from the air flow, and can also remove some gaseous pollutants;
4) Simple structure, less land occupation, low investment, processing 5-7 cubic meters of dusty air flow per second, covering an area of about 4 square meters;
5; Safe operation, automatic cleaning, convenient operation and maintenance, long-term and efficient operation of the equipment, with a service life of up to 10-15 years.
