Product Description

JT-FHA3/A6/A7 type equipment consists of a single-layer profiling plate machine and a composite plate machine. It integrates the advanced production technology of the profiling machine and the laminating machine. The full set of assembly line profiling machine part consists of loading and uncoiling. The system, molding host and cutting device are composed of It consists of loading and uncoiling, guide plate, bead pressing, core material conveying, gluing, heating, compounding, crimping, flanging (for tongue and groove), grooving, trimming, pneumatic, automatic cutting, and industrial computer control system. The whole machine adopts advanced production technology and mechatronics, with an annual production capacity of 500,000 square meters in a single shift.

Debugging and production prerequisites

1. Factory building

2. Power supply

The voltage is 380V, 220V, 5-wire system; the total load of the production line is ≥35Kw, and the power supply, workshop auxiliary power supply and lighting should be configured according to the basic drawing.

3. Lifting

The lifting weight is 5000kg, and the hook is ≥5500mm above the ground (the effective stroke of a single beam is 16000mm, and the center of the pallet must not be ±10mm away from the center of the production line).

4. Operators

The composite container production process is equipped with 12 operators, of which 4-5 are the main operators.

5. Positioning equipment

Users must prepare a 0.4-0.6MPa 7kg/min air compressor and a remote air pipe.
