The AFE-28 Plastic Filament Extruding Line is designed to produce high-quality filaments ( ABS, PLA, TPU, NYLON) for all brands of 3D printers. This machine features high output (3-5 kg/h)and precision performance, capable of producing filaments with diameters of 1.75mm tolerance within ±0.03-0.05mm. Advanced laser diameter measurement ensures real-time monitoring, while an optional PLC automatic PID control system enables automated diameter adjustment without manual intervention. A remote control system can also be integrated upon request.
