Q: What is your warranty guarantee? A: Any broken of flask glass refills, we can supply 1-3 boxes free glass refills in next order.
Q: Can I get vacuum flask samples to check quality? A: Yes, Samples are free for you and express service company will charge you courier charge $50-100/bill within 2kgs weight. Meanwhile, Sample courier charges can return back to you when we confirm the order.
Q: Do you have other service on packing box or brand label design? A: Yes. Our professional designers will help you design packaging box and brand label, which is free service.
Q: How many colors are available in one box? A: Four different colors can be mixed in one box.
Q: What are your payment terms? A: 30% as deposit before produce, and balance can be paid before loading containers or against the copy of B/L by T/T. We also accept LC at sight.
