The HT-JL500 edible oil refining device consists of a refining tank, a vacuum dehydration tank, a decolorization tank, a vacuum pump, an oil transfer pump, an alkali tank, a metering tank, and an electrical control cabinet. It is equipped with an automatic temperature control device, vacuum dehydration, and heat insulation. The thermal insulation device and the feeding buffer device can realize the functions of degumming, deacidification, drying and decolorization of crude oil.

HT-JL500 edible oil refining unit production capacity:
The processing capacity of the refining equipment is related to the oil refining process and the grade of the finished oil. The processing cycle of the refining tank is related to the quality of the raw oil and the grade requirements of the finished oil. The processing capacity of the refining tank is 200-250L/tank, the dehydration and drying tank matches the refining tank, the filtration capacity of the decolorizing tank is 300L/tank, and the time is about 4-5 hours.
(1) The raw oil is of good quality. After heating, hydration, sedimentation, dehydration and other processes, it takes about 4 hours to process one tank.
(2) When the quality of crude oil is poor and the grade of finished oil is high, it takes 12-24 hours to process a tank of oil through heating, hydration, sedimentation, alkali refining, water washing, dehydration and other processes.
