Model Introduction
Herolaser produced the series of laser welding machine which is specialized for the mould industry, this model dedicated to replacing the traditional argon welder, repairing precision molds. All the key components of this machine are imported. The software operating interface use large LCD screen and display Chinese or English interface, it is simple and easy to use for operator. Multiple presetting operating mode, also can program by users, forever memory function, applicable to a variety of materials.
Model Features
1,Heat affected zone is small, no deformation for precision molds.
2,Welding depth is large, welding firm. Sufficient fusion, no repair traces. No dimple phenomena at combining position of projection parts and bulge part of molten pool soluble material.
3,Low oxidation rate, the color of the processing parts is intact.
4,No stomata or sand hole disappeared after welding.
5,The welding parts can be processed, especially suitable for polishing requirements of the mould repair.
6,The processing parts can reach to 50 to 60 rockwell hardness.
Applications display
Repairing and welding for crack, corner breakage, touched edge and damaged sealing side of mould, precision injection molding, die-casting, stamping, stainless steel and other horniness.

1)The energy, pulse width, frequency and light spot size can be adjusted in a large range to realize different welding effects. The parameters are adjusted by the lever in the seal cavity, which is simple and highly efficient.
2)Ceramic converging cavity is imported from the Britain. It is corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant with 8-10 years service life. The life of xenon lamp is more than 8 million times.
3) Most advanced light shielding system eliminates the irritation to eyes by laser during working.
