Production processes:
- Add fresh milk and sucrose into the tank.
- Start the button, open the agitator, the water in the jacket of the tank is heated, and stop heating when the milk reaches the temperature requirement.
- Put tap water into the jacket, so that the temperature of milk can be reduced to about 42 ºC.
- Add starter to milk and stir for 3-5 minutes.
- Fermented yoghurt.
- After full fermentation, cooling to 20-25 ºC.
- After mixing, fill and seal.
- Refrigerate for more than 12 hours in a refrigerated box at 2-6 ºC.
