The ceramic ball mill mainly composed of barrel, main bearing, and support structure. End axles welded on the two ends of the cylinder. Based on the connection of axle seat and the support structure, main bearings support the cylinder on the end axles. One gate equipped at the cylinder, which can also work as the manhole.
Working principle
This ceramic ball mill is intermittent and belt transmission ball mill. Material and the mill balls rotary under the centrifugal force. When the material moves to certain height, drop balls can beat the material into fine powder. In addition, friction among the balls can also help to grind the materials. When the size get to the requirement, stop the machine to discharge fine powder.
