IMPACT BED FOR BELT CONVEYORS
BASIC INFORMATION
1. Functions:
Installed under the receiving area of the belt conveyor, it can absorb the impact of falling materials, thereby preventing damage to the belt and structure, preventing belt deviation, and helping to eliminate overflow phenomena. It considerably reduce the belt maintenance and repair costs, minimise conveyor downtime and increase productivity.
2. Materials:
a. Buffer Bar : The surface material of the buffer strip is ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), with a smooth and wear-resistant surface and low friction resistance coefficient. The performance of the buffer strip meets DIN standards. The middle layer of the buffer strip adopts high elastic rubber, which can effectively reduce the impact of materials on the belt and better protect the belt.
b. Impact Roller: The reinforced buffering roller group adopts long life cast rubber, which is more wear-resistant. The spacing between the roller groups is increased to prevent belt deviation and overflow.
3. On-site Installation and Maintenance: very simple, and the left and right side beds can be removed as a whole. The buffer bars and rollers can be quickly replaced to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the buffer bed.
