Mining Cement Capsule Low Cost Cement Anchoring Agent for Mining Support

Cement anchoring agent is a kind of anchoring material used in underground works, rock holes and rods. When in use, it needs to be completely submerged in water for about a minute before it is removed into the hole in the planting rib and inserted into the rebar. The anchoring agent can be selected according to the diameter of the drilling hole. The anchoring agent is immersed in water for 30 to 40 seconds and pushed into the bolt hole for extrusion. The anchoring agent roller passes through the rod body, solidified and bonded to the rock hole and rod body. The hole is wedged in time, the washer is placed and the nut is tightened. Do not move or shake the rod until it has set.
 

The anchoring agent is powdered and wrapped in non-woven fabric or permeable paper to form a roll.

Cement anchoring agents should also be stored at room temperature and a dry place for a storage period of 3 months, and their strength and anchoring force should gradually decrease

How to use?
1. Prepare First of all, you need to prepare the required materials and tools, including cement anchor, water, measuring cups, stirrers, brushes, rubber gloves, etc. The environment in which cement anchoring agent is used must be dry, clean and free of oil and dust, otherwise it will affect its effect.
2. Mixing ratio According to the type of cement anchoring agent used and the instructions provided by the manufacturer, mix the cement anchoring agent and water in the specified proportion, and mix it thoroughly with a mixer. Usually, the mixing ratio is 2:1 or 3:1.
3. Apply cement anchor Brush the mixed cement anchoring agent on the pre-cleaned surface, pay attention to the thickness should be uniform when brushing, and the entire surface should be covered.
 4. Cure After painting is complete, it is necessary to wait several hours for curing. The curing time is usually confirmed according to the type of cement anchoring agent and the instructions provided by the manufacturer to ensure that disassembly does not affect the degree of curing.
