To meet different requirements, we offer multiple kinds of rollers, such as impact roller, comb roller, galvanized roller, side roller, thread roller, carrier flat roller set, triple roller, balance roller set, adjustable roller set, etc.
We have two kinds of painting, one is common painting and the other is baking paint. We can supply different colors accoridng to customers' requirements. The baking paint is electrostatic spraying and put the rollers into drying system with high temperature. The dried baking paint film hard, waterproof, greaseproof, acid proof, strongly adhesive and elegant.
The shell is made of big seamless steel pipe, accurately cut by flame cutter, and welded by specia-use roller welding machine. Shell Thickness is very uniform. Using 45# round steel and shaft liner, processed to ensure shaft's concentricity degree and decrease shaft's eccentric force, so that roller can rotate stablly.

Motor V-belt beaming driver: cost-effective, easy use, simple maintainace.
Application: small short-haul belt conveyor.
Motor V-belt and F series reducer with driver: its compact structure, strong shock resistance ability, powerful overload capacity, durable quality, simple maintainance, available for large changeable operating conditions.
Application: mining, stone crushing plant and other harsh environments construction area.
Electric driven pulley: compact structure, easy installation, convenient use, cost-effective price.
Application: middle and short-haul belt conveyor, and occasions for its maintainance time which is not strictly required.
K series reducer driver: more compact structure, hollow shaft output easy to install, good coaxial, high efficiency of mechanical transmission, stable running, not easy to break down.
Application: belt conveyor of middle and long distance, large capacity and high power.
Industrial gear box driven: more compact structure, high efficiency of of mechanical transmission, large transfer torque, good overload performance, stable running, not easy to break down, reducer of good heat dispersion.
Application: belt conveyor for long distance, large capacity, large power and harsh environments.
