Introduction:

JCTN series raising concentrate grade wet drum permanent magnetic separator is designed for washing and purification of magnetite ore. It can be used for washing, concentrating, purification, desliming and thickening of magnetite ore according to the process requirements. This equipment is applicable to: separation and desliming of classifying overflow products after first mill; Mineral thickening before second mill and filter; Desliming of magnetite ore before entering the fine screen and reverse flotation; Final concentrating of magnetite ore.

1. Adopt the pipe-feeding device and over-flow system to feed the material evenly.

2. With 240~270° magnetic wrapping angle and multi magnetic pole design to achieve the ideal beneficiation effect, the magnetic system structure can be designed accordingly.

3. With magnetic filed stirring device inside the drum.

4. The drum rotates in counter current direction, and with multi-stage washing water.

5. Two-stage discharging system with PU scraper.

6. Variable frequency control driving system.
