DLB127G flameproof combined acousto optic electric bell for underground mine
Scope and application
The explosion-proof acousto-optic combination electric bell is mainly suitable for underground coal mine with explosive gas (methane) air mixture. In 127V or 36V power supply network, it can send out sound and light locally or remotely for signal communication or warning.
Use condition
a. The altitude is not more than 2000mb. Ambient temperature - 5 ºC ~ + 40 ºC
c. The relative humidity of air is not more than 95% (+ 25 ºC)
d. Underground coal mine with methane explosive gas mixture; working at non mining face
e. In the environment without damaging metal and insulating gas and vapor
f. Installation category: Class III
g. Pollution level: 3

The bell shall withstand the AC 50 Hz, 2000 V power frequency voltage withstand test for 1 min without breakdown or flashover.
Product structure
* The electric bell is composed of flameproof enclosure, wiring chamber, cable entry device, button, indicator light, bell bowl, bell hammer and electromagnet.
* The flameproof shell is composed of a shell and a cover, which are connected by plane flameproof surface and bolts. The shell and connection chamber are connected with bolt by cylinder flameproof surface. The button rod passes through the cover through the cylinder flameproof joint surface. There are two cable entry devices in the connection chamber, which are respectively used for power incoming line and remote control.
