IntroductionThe sulfur powder pulverizer is widely used in chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food, light industry and other industries. Besides crushing sulfur, it can also crush other dry materials nad get Lithopone powder, carbon black powder, talcum powder, lime powder, zinc oxide powder, red and yellow lead powder, barium sulfate powder, potassium nitrate powder, pearl powder, and wood powder, etc. It is a multifunctional high-fineness crushing machine. The dry material should be with compressive strength not more than 50Mpa and diameter not more than 20mm.
Working Principle
The sulfur powder grinding mill mainly uses the centrifugal pneumatic principle to crush materials. The crushing process consists of three parts: coarse crushing, fine crushing and pneumatic feeding. The material is crushed by centrifugal impact under the action of the blade. The gap between the angled disc on the main shaft and the slope of the casing can control the fineness of the crushed material. The crushed material enters the powder collector from the outer shell outlet under the action of wind, so that the airflow and the material are separated, and the finished material is discharged from the cyclone separation outlet of the powder collector, and the fine powder is collected and discharged through bag filtration.
The feed port of the sulfur powder pulverizer can be equipped with a hopper or a disc feeder (optional) to ensure that the material can be fed into the sulfur powder mill continuously and evenly. The finished material after pulverization is fed into the powder collector by wind from the discharge port of the sulfur pulverizer shell to separate the gas and solid. To ensure the normal operation of the pulverizer, we can make a complete set of electrical control systems for customers, and our customers can monitor the feeding situation through an ammeter.
