Principle
Main shaft drives the blender at high speed, the grinding media do irregular movement, this kind of disorderly movement makes grinding medium collision, squeezing, friction and shear, which make the material crushing, fine grinding.In addition, different size,shape and ratio of grinding media obtain different grinding effect.Generally,the larger the diameter of grinding media,the more thick the material crush.Conversely,the smaller the diameter of the grinding media, the finer the material mill.The proper ratio of different grinding media and appropriate adjustment of the speed,the grinding result will be different.
