Product Description
A mobile grille cleaner is a specialized piece of equipment used in wastewater treatment plants or industrial applications to clean and remove debris from the intake grilles or bar screens in water or wastewater treatment systems. These grilles or screens are designed to capture larger debris (like sticks, leaves, plastic, and other large solids) that could otherwise clog the system or damage downstream equipment.

Structure and working process:
The mobile grille cleaner is mainly composed of driving device, frame, decontamination grab, slag skimming device, rolling device, opening and closing rake device, limiting device, slag guide plate, grille components, fixed rail, suspended mobile grille cleaner, etc.
When the mobile screen cleaner reaches the predetermined screen slag removal position, use the working principle of the winch to start the lifting mechanism on the cleaner according to the command to drive two groups of wire rope drums, so that the slag rake can move up and down under the traction of the wire rope; At the same time, the hydraulic device or differential motor is used to realize the opening and closing movement of the rake bucket. When the slag rake reaches the bottom of the grid, the preset elevation control system sends out the shutdown, and provides the closing rake working instruction, so that the slag rake closes the arc rake for slag tapping according to the preset closing angle, and at the same time instructs the lifting motor to lift the slag rake; When the rake reaches the preset lifting height, the dirt is sent into the trash bin, thus completing a process of cleaning the grille.
