1)Q:If your company is factory or trading company?
A:Sure,we are manufacturer and we have factory, which is specializing in sanitary ware, such as toliet, basin, squatting pan and the relative sanitary ware products.
2)Q:Is it possible to add client's logo on the products ?
A:Yes,OEM service is acceptable.
3)Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province, China, about 3 hours high-speed rail ride from Guangzhou and about 1 hour flight from Guangzhou to Jieyang Chaoshan Airport. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
4). Q: Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order ?
A: Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should be very close to our MOQ and only maximum 1-3 items assorted are allowed per 20ft container,3-5 items per 40ft container.

A: Most of the items can be shipped within 15 to 30 days once we receive your deposit.
