1. Where is your factory located? How can I visit your factory?
Our factory is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, near Guangzhou and Shenzhen, 50 kilometers to Guangzhou port and 91 kilometers to Shenzhen port. If you are sure to visit our factory, you can contact us in advance to help you book a hotel and arrange to pick you up at the station.
2. What is your MOQ? Can I order samples before bulk ordering?
Yes, sample orders are acceptable. Sample list and small MOQ orders are based on EXW, 20GP and 40HQ orders accept FOB, CIF, etc.
3. How do you control the quality? Can you help me if I need other furniture besides yours?
Quality is the top priority. Our QC will check everything from raw materials, production processes, and packaging according to the order, and send photos and video records to customers for confirmation in real time to ensure that there are no problems before they are shipped.
4. If I have other products in China besides yours, can you help me arrange LCL shipment?
