| Q1:What is your delivery time? | A:For Mock up room, if it is only a few pieces, such as 3-5pcs,then it will take about 3 weeks to finish after get approved drawings and payment. For mass production, it takes about 8-10Weeks after we got deposit and approved shop drawings and finish samples. |
| Q2:How many days will you need for the quotation? | A:It takes about 3-4days for quotation. |
| Q3:What about the warranty of your factory? | A:We promise all customers with 2years warranty, before packing the products, we have our own professional QC team to check each piece and make sure all furniture keep a top quality, and we will send final QC report before shipment for all of our customers to check. |
| Q4:What is your MOQ? | A:Usually we do not have MOQ for the hotel projects. We make furniture both for hotel guestrooms and hotel lobby, also hotel restaurants. |
| Q5:Can you produce any products according to client's requirement? | A:We are custom-made hotel furniture manufacturer, in our factory, we have all kinds of machine, so we can do great quality and any style of furniture according to customer's requirments. Before we make the mock up, we will always send all kinds of finish samples to our customers for approval first. |
| Q6:What is your service for hotel projects? | A:We provide free shop drawings to our customers. And we will send full QC report for each product before shipment, and during the production process, we always send progress report weekly to our customers. And we will take high resolution photos for all production before shipments, and send to our customers free of charge. |
