A: We produce mattress, bed frame ,soft bed,sofa and ottoman.
Q: What is the warranty for your sofa & mattress?
A: Sofa: We offer 3 years warranty for the sofa inside structure, 2-year warranty for the AN and AT leather.
B: Mattress: We offer 5 years warranty for spring for non-compressed mattress, 2 years warranty for spring for compressed mattress.
Q: what is your major products?
A: Our major product is mattress,beds,and sofas. We have 9 years for produce mattress and beds ,7 years for producing sofa.All are produced by our own.
Q: What is the packing of your sofa?
A: First, polyester wrapping around the sofa, then foam and corrugated cardboard wrapping with corner protection. Second, carton paper wrapping around the sofa including bottom, with corner protector. Third, outer layer with fiber cloth bag.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: Around 15-30days depends on what kinds of products you order and receive with your deposit.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 1*20 GP, we can allow you mix styles and sizes.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: TT 30%deposit , 70% balance before loading container.
