FAQ
1. MOQ: Big chandelier 1pc, small lamp 50 pcs.
2. Certification: Parts of products has certificated by CE & RoHS, the others have certification of CE/VDE/UL/BIS/SAA/KSC/BS/RoHS for electrical components.
3. Payment: 30% deposit, the balance should be paid before shipping. T/T are warmly welcome, other payment terms could be negotiated.
4. Lead time: 20-45 days for bulk order and 7~15 days for sample order. It could be negotiated if the order urgent.
5. Packing: 1pc/5-layer export carton, lamp frame K/D packing with Styrofoam inside, other fittings are packed separately with poly bag and foam, every package is offered with English Installation instruction and picture. Your packaging requirement are welcome.
6. Warranty: 2 years, free light bulbs are not under warranty.
7. OEM/ODM: both services are available.
8. Factory: We made customized lighting since 2006. Our factory and showroom located in Henglan Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, looking forward to your visit.
