Q1.How can I order your product ?
You can send emails or call us to let us know what's your interested items at first, then we can discuss how to deal one step by one step.
Q2.Can I order one sample to check your quality? For sure, we offer free sample within 7 days, but you need to afford the courier cost.
Q3.What kind of OEM do you provide? Print your company name and logo on the led light, customize outer packing box.
Q4. What about the lead time? Normally 20-30days after signed contract.
Q5. What's the payment terms? T/T 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance against the shipment documents or L/C at sight.
Q6.How about the warranty? Normally we promise 2 years warranty,it's usually depend on the final deal prices between us, the high standard quality products with best service will be offered by us from hearts in honest.
