(1)Manual opening and closing modular house mold
It is mainly composed of base, outer mold, inner mold, mold opening rail, platform, guardrail, tension and other parts.
Outer mold is equipped with a mold opening rail, and only 1-2 people can open and close the outer mold.
Inner mold is divided into 8 parts. The inner mold can be opened and closed through manual operation of the mechanical structure to facilitate demoulding and lifting of components.
(2)Hydraulic modular house mold
The maximum length of the component is adjusted to 7,450 mm, the max width is 3,480 mm, and the max height is 3,290 mm. The ladder structure of the original operating platform was changed to a staircase structure.
