1. Q : How long is the lead time?
A: There are a lot of products ready to ship, we can ship out in 1-3 days for those items. If products are not the ready to ship, it takes about 20-30 days, depending on the quantity. Generally, a 20-foot container takes about 30 days.
 
2. Q : Can I get a sample? is it free or extra?
A: We'd like to provide free samples for ready to ship items, but clients need to pay the express charge. If it is a custom item, there may be mold cost.
 
3. Q: I need a customized fastener, but it's not on your website. What do I do?
A: Please send us your request with detailed drawings or photos, then we will make the quotation for you reference.
 
4. Q: I'm not sure what screws I should be using or I need a little engineering help. Do your guys offer assistance?
