HPM81 single crystal silicon differential pressure transmitter adopts single crystal silicon sensor chip made of MEMS technology and embedded professional signal processing module to realize the combined processing of static pressure and temperature compensation, and can provide high measurement accuracy and long-term stability under a wide range of static pressure and temperature changes.
