1.Product Introduction
Automatic Argon Gas Filling Machine Line is our patent products, we adopts the top technology of side filling way, which greatly improves the inflation effect and efficiency. Ensuring the double glazing glass argon gas concentration is kept at 90%, even reach 98% for small glasses.
We have developed two working methods, one is suitable for all glass for filling, and the other is suitable for half of insulated glass. Strong technical support gives us a strong ability to serve customers. We wish to cooperate with you for long time.
The complete automatic argon gas filling machine line includes the loading section, washing and drying section, transportation section, high speed positioning & Aluminum spacer mounting section, detecting section, inside press and filling section, transportation section connecting the sealing robot, totally seven sections.
According to the automatic detection results, the argon gas filling machine line will choose the suitable filling ways. For big size of more than 2 meters, two filling machine is working, and for smaller size of glass, then only one filling machine is working.
It can be working with stepped glass, or three-sided glass, or the three glass with two chambers according to different client requirements.
