Motor Yzr Yz: Advanced Technology Drive System for Efficient Performance

 

 

The YZR and YZ series three-phase asynchronous motors are specialized motors used for various types of metallurgical, lifting machinery, and other similar equipment. They have high overload capacity and mechanical strength, and are suitable for frequent starting, braking, and equipment with significant vibration and impact under short-term or intermittent periodic working conditions. The power level and installation dimensions of the motor comply with IEC promotion standards, similar to Japanese JEM1202 and West German DIN42681, and most of them can be interchanged.
The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz, the rated voltage is 380V, and the YZR series is a wound rotor motor that complies with the JB/T10105-1999 standard. The YZ series is a squirrel cage rotor motor that complies with the JB/T10104-1994 standard.
The YZR series motors produced by our company have a total of 10 frame numbers (112-355) and 30 specifications, with a power range of 1.5-132kW under the benchmark working system. The insulation level of motors is divided into two types: F level and H level: F level is suitable for general places with ambient air temperature not exceeding 40 ºC; H-level is suitable for metallurgical sites with ambient air temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC. The protection level used in general places is IP44, and the protection level used in metallurgical places is IP54. The two types of motors have the same parameters. It can ensure normal operation at an altitude of no more than 1000 meters.
The YZR series motors produced by our company have synchronous speeds of 1000750 and 600r/min in three gears, with four types of working systems: S2 to S5, and a reference working system of S3 40%. When selecting this series of motors, users need to determine the working mode of the motor based on the nature of the load, and then refer to the technical data under different working systems to choose the model of the motor. (When the motor needs to operate in a working system other than S2 to S5, it needs to be negotiated with our company.)
