The rotary vibrating sieve ,also known as the three-dimensional vibrating sieve, circular vibrating sieve, or rotating vibrating screen, is a highly efficient and versatile screening device, widely used in the processes of classification, filtration, and impurity removal in industries such as chemical engineering, food, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, and building materials. Its core feature is the realization of fine screening of materials by utilizing the principle of three-dimensional vibration.
1.Efficient Screening: The three-dimensional vibration accelerates the speed of materials passing through the screen mesh, and the processing capacity is 1-3 times higher than that of ordinary vibrating screens.
2.Multi-layer Classification: A single machine can simultaneously separate 2-6 products with different particle sizes.
3.Closed and Environmentally Friendly: The fully sealed structure avoids dust flying, meeting the GMP standards (in the pharmaceutical and food industries).
4.Flexible Adjustment: By adjusting the angle between the eccentric blocks or the vibration frequency, the movement trajectory of the materials can be changed (such as horizontal rotation, parabolic throwing).
5.Low Noise and Long Service Life: The shock-absorbing design reduces noise (<75 decibels), and the motor and springs have strong durability.
After the vibration motor is started, the upper and lower eccentric weights generate a three-dimensional composite vibration (in horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions),
making the materials on the screen surface move in a spiral shape:
- Stratification: During the process of the materials being thrown up, the fine particles quickly sink and come into contact with the screen mesh.
- Screening: The qualified particles (undersize materials) pass through the screen mesh and are separated, while the coarse materials (oversize materials) are discharged from the discharge port.
- Chemical Engineering: Screening of resins, coatings, pigments, and powdered activated carbon.
- Food: Filtration of powdered sugar, starch, seasonings, and additives.
- Pharmaceuticals: Classification of traditional Chinese medicine granules, raw materials of Western medicine, and capsules.
