Process for handling mud drilling fluid non landing system:
Water-based mud does not fall to the ground: The mud to be treated is transported to the drilling fluid drying screen through the manifold. The treated mud enters the drilling fluid centrifuge through the screw pump for further processing. The treated mud is injected into the mud circulation system for recycling. The waste left during the treatment process is transported to the drilling hydraulic filter through a screw conveyor for further processing. Finally, the solid materials coming out of the filter press are sent to a cuttings box and transported to a designated location for processing.
Oil-based mud does not fall to the ground: The drilling fluid mud to be processed is transported to the drilling cuttings dryer (drilling cuttings dryer). The processed drilling fluid mud is transported to the drilling fluid centrifuge for further processing. The drilling fluid centrifuge completes the processing The final mud liquid is reinjected into the mud circulation system. The waste after the treatment process is transported to the cuttings bin.
