Application:
Series SFU017 Multi-drum Dust-filtering Unit can widely be used in the air-condition dedusting system of such light industrial enterprises as cotton spinning, chemical fiber, bastfiber spinning, papermaking, tobacco, etc.For collecting the fiber&dust in the dust air to purigy air and to achieve the goal of recovery or discharge.
Working principle:
Model SFU017 Series Multi-Drum Dust-Filtring Unit consisted of the first-stage disc prefilter and the second, stage multiple round cage dust-filter.
The first stage filter is used to extracts, separate collect the fibrous dust in the processing air.The second stage filter is used to filter out the fine dust from the air exhausted from the first stage filter.
Main features:
1) High dust efficiency, low resistance, large air volume, small area.
2) All the unit products of this unit are combined together in a centralized way, which is convenient for installation in the workshop without dust room.
3) The vacuuming pipe between the unit products of this unit no longer needs to be made by the user during installation, saving the investment of the user, and the installation is simple, convenient and fast.
4) Through simple and practical reciprocating transmission mechanism, the multi-drum dust filter converts the rotary motion into the compound motion of rotation and axial reciprocating, and completes the operation requirements of dust collecting nozzle, without complex transmission mechanism and control circuit, with high reliability and low failure rate.
5) Multi - drum filter adopts insert filter material net plate, it is convenient and fast to replace filter material.
6) The filter material is supported by a mesh plate, which will not bulge when affected by wind pressure, ensuring the dust collecting nozzle attached to the filter material, reliable dust collection, good effect.Disc pre - filter screen using stainless steel mesh screen, has a certain role in fire prevention.
