1.Why choose us?  (1)We have over 20 years manufacturing experience (We first started in Zhejiang in 2001) (2)We are equipped with the latest & most advanced visual intelligent cutting machine, QR scan system control of material/product flow. 2.Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?  Sure, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. For digital art, we prefer a PC file saved in CorelDRAW(.cdr), Photoshop(.psd), Illustrator(.ai), of course, jpg and pdf files are also acceptable, higher resolution will be better. Tips: always remember to convert text to outlines or curves, or you must include the font files with the design file.

3.What is your terms of payment?  (1)Sample cost to be prepaid prior to sampling; (2)30% deposit to be prepaid prior to mass production; (3)Balance to be prepaid after Inspection, before shipment. For stable customers, we accept monthly payment. For small amount, we accept PAYPAL which is fast and convenient, for large amount, we accept T/T.

4.What is the lead time?  (1)Sample Lead Time -- 5~10 days upon receipt of your sample/artwork and advanced payment. (2)Production Lead Time - 30~40 days upon receipt of your approval of the pre-production sample and advanced payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

5.What are your terms of delivery?     We accept EXW, FOB, C&F, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

6.How to solve the quality problems after sales?    Show us clear photos or video of the quality problem, or send back a few samples for our study, we will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours af.
