ABOUT MAXMOD
Full-function cosmetic packaging line specially developed for the current market. This equipment can be widely used in multi-process production of bottle washing, filling, capping and capping of various specifications (regular, irregular) and various materials (water cream). When it is necessary to change samples for production, only some parts have to be easily adjusted and replaced, so it not only effectively saves costs, but also greatly improves the work efficiency and production capacity of the whole line.

1. Multifunctionally and modularizedly designed: integrating the functions of washing, filling, capping, pressing and discharging.
2. Diversified production: with adjustable bottle holders suitable for all kinds of bottle and cap; designed filling nozzle suitable for different cosmetic materials; semi-automatic or fully-automated production modes available.
3. Functional switching: modular-mobile designed, easy and quick switch between different processes of the equipment, such as capping claw head replacement and switch between capping and pressing process.
4. Intelligent conveying: The linear design separates the equipment and conveyor to achieve more intelligent and flexible operation, making the assembly line run more stably.
5. Ductility: the intelligent degree of equipment can be upgraded according to the needs in different development periods of different configurations.
