Descriptions:
This extrusion line is mainly used for producing PPR pipe, also suitable for producing PERT, PB, PE-X resin pipes. The machines are designed with advanced west europe technology and use ABB inverter and Siemens motor. The extruder is single screw type with high speed production.

*PLC control, high automation;
*Adopting specialized screw with good plasticizing effect.
*Vacuum calibration, constant temperature control, eliminating pipe stress;
*Adopting co-extrusion head to add color line;
